We're thrilled to announce our 18th annual EmERGe conference!

Employee Resource Groups are taking on a larger role in how organizations develop talent, strengthen culture, surface employee needs, and respond to change. As that role expands, ERG leaders need the skills, support, and structures to turn employee connection into lasting organizational value.

Seramount’s EmERGe conference brings together ERG leaders, program managers, executive sponsors, and HR and inclusion professionals for practical learning, candid conversation, and new ideas. Through workshops, panels, case studies, and peer exchange, attendees will explore the issues shaping ERGs today, from leadership development and member engagement to governance, collaboration, and business alignment.

With a customizable agenda, participants can choose sessions suited to their role, organization, and stage of ERG development. The conference also features dedicated networking opportunities designed to help attendees meet peers, exchange practices, and build relationships across industries.

Each attendee, virtual and in-person, will receive a seat in a Seramount ERG Leader Certification cohort.

This event will take place over May 11th and 12th, 2027, starting at 8:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 11 and concluding at 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 12.
