We're thrilled to announce our 17th annual EmERGe conference!
Seramount’s EmERGe conference empowers Employee Resource Groups and their leaders to increase their impact through trainings, workshops, and educational seminars. From presentations focused on the most pressing inclusion challenges to panels covering ERG structures, EmERGe offers sessions for all ERG leaders to learn regardless of industry, company size, or ERG maturity.
Whether you’re an ERG leader, a program manager, an inclusion or HR leader -- EmERGe has sessions for you! With customizable agendas, attendees have the option to choose the sessions best fit for you and your specific needs.
In addition to the educators, activists, and leaders, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another! EmERGe features various opportunities for coordinated networking and peer-to-peer learning so leaders can meet their counterparts doing similar work in different companies.
Each attendee, virtual and in-person, will receive a seat in a Seramount ERG Leader Certification cohort.

This conference will be propelled by two powerhouse voices who embody resilience, purpose, and transformative leadership.
Dr. Sampson Davis will set the tone with Energy Over Exhaustion, a riveting exploration of how leaders can convert burnout into renewed capacity, strategic clarity, and sustainable influence—drawing from his remarkable journey and frontline expertise. Pre-Conference Facilitated SEGMA Lab
Join us in-person the afternoon before the conference on Monday, April 20 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET. EmERGe is offering a rare pre-conference opportunity to complete SEGMA live with expert facilitation and peer learning. What is SEGMA? SEGMA, the Seramount Employee Group Maturity Assessment, helps ERGs assess maturity across operations, strategy, and impact.
This optional, facilitated onsite SEGMA lab is open to organizations who have not yet participated in the assessment. Registration for this additional session can be added on directly to your conference ticket through the registration process, or you can reach out to your Seramount Relationship Director for more details!
