Seramount’s biannual EmERGe Leadership Summit, one of the only conferences in the nation devoted to employee resource groups (ERGs), brings together ERG leaders, members and supporters from across industries to identify and share best practices for addressing current DEI issues and driving change.  At this September's EmERGe, we learned from the “best of the best” ERGs as we celebrated the ERG Impact Award winners and featured case studies from them throughout the program. We also learned how we can better support our neurodiverse colleagues at work and how companies can help employees bring there full authentic selves to the workplace.
